GUNS N’ ROSES POP UP
Concept

Guns N’ Roses Was Here at Maxfield LA was an immersive pop-up shop launched in alongside a limited edition collaboration with a number of prominent contemporary designers, including OFF WHITE, Palm Angels, Amiri and Enfant Riches Déprimés. The capsule collection featured a variety of pieces that took inspiration from the band’s grunge roots and was presented alongside archival pieces from the band’s history. We took inspiration from an iconic moment in Guns N’ Roses history: the Riverport Riot, commemorated by a vandalized, period-correct police cruiser and mangled folding chairs as a central set piece.
