Air Max Day

A multi-channel identity celebrating Air Max Day in New York, complete with multiple broadcasts and modular motion design.

Overview

For Nike’s 2021 Air Max Day New York film, we worked with BRYGHT YOUNG THINGS to create an identity package that included title designs, graphic language, iconography and motion assets. The concept for the film — directed by DayDay and Mez Heirs — was to create an open network late night television experience with multiple programs, all featuring female innovators in the New York sneaker community. The shows highlighted the unique POVs of NYC women Shema Love, Aya Brown and Akua. Our title design took heavy inspiration from late night talk shows, television psychics and children’s reading books, and our iconography was used across all the programs to create a unifying brand for the channel.
