On September 21, 2020, the Justice Department deemed New York City and other sites of major civil unrest as “anarchist jurisdictions,” meaning that we were not enforcing the law properly. This could result in these cities losing their federal funding, and seems to be part of the president’s agenda to defund progressive cities.

Our response, somewhat tongue-in-cheek, is to make this t-shirt, sell it, and donate all the proceeds to LET NY VOTE, a coalition of organizations fighting to improve elections by making them accessible and equitable for every New Yorker.
